Free trial

Every new organization gets 14 days free. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Manage billing, or email info@solaceprocure360.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the month or year you have already paid for.

Refunds

• Monthly plans are not refunded for partial months.
• Yearly plans can be refunded in full within 30 days of the first yearly charge. After that, yearly plans are not refunded for unused months.
• If you were charged in error, or the Service was unavailable for an extended period, contact us and we will put it right.

Changing plans

Plan changes apply straight away. Stripe charges or credits the prorated difference for the rest of the current period on your next invoice. Changing plan during the free trial ends the trial.

Your data after cancelling

You can request an export of your data for 30 days after your subscription ends. After that it is deleted.
