Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Consultica LLC d/b/a Solace Health Consulting ("we", "us") collects through solaceprocure360.com and the SolaceProcure360 service, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact and setup details you send us through our forms: name, work email, phone, organization, departments, approvers and purchasing details.
• Billing details, collected and stored by Stripe. We receive your name, email, plan and payment status, never your full card number.
• Account data your organization enters into the Service: staff names and work emails, requisitions, approvals, orders and purchase history.
• Basic technical logs kept by our web host, such as IP address and pages requested, used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

• To set up and run your workspace, send the alerts you configure, and provide support.
• To bill your subscription and send receipts (through Stripe).
• To reply to your messages and, if you ask, tell you about product updates.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your data for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run SolaceProcure360: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, Microsoft (when you sign in with Microsoft 365 or receive Teams and Outlook alerts), and the product price search provider (which receives search terms, not your staff's details). Each is bound to use the data only to provide their service. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Health information

SolaceProcure360 is for supply purchasing. Please do not enter patient or other protected health information.

Security and retention

Data is sent over encrypted connections and access is limited to staff who need it. We keep account data while your subscription is active and for 30 days afterwards so you can request an export, then delete it. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information by emailing info@solaceprocure360.com. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may remember your monthly or yearly pricing choice on your own device.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and email account owners about significant changes.
